Corporate Social Responsibility:

Our commitment is also support the communities in which we operate business. We ensure that as our Group businesses grow, the communities around us also grow.

Increasing attention & care has been given to the concept of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in these days, defined in terms of the responsiveness of businesses to stakeholders’ legal, ethical, social and environmental expectations. Allegations by governments and civil society of environmental pollution, human rights abuses and exploitation of labour have pressured companies to become more ethically, environmentally and socially responsible.

nsuring that CSR supports, Abdul Samad Group is engaged to support several projects like:

Abdul Samad (Memorial) Trust (ASMT) a medical trust facilitating the poor and deserving by providing free medical treatment, free medicine, free medical test and free eye glass etc. All operations and expenses of ASMT are carried out by Abdul Samad Group (place the Link of Abdul Samad Memorial Trust website).

Technical Training of Civilian Victim of Conflict from FATA & KPK, to provide two months training to young person who were victimized by terrorist violence in FATA and KPK. We are working closely with USAID and IRD to provide them

Support to Vocational Training Institutes (VTIs): These VTIs are running the Govt. of Punjab and providing free technical training to poor person who are eligible for ZAKAT. We are providing “On-Job-Training” and job opportunities to these trainees of difference Vocational Training Institutes (VTIs).

Jan Bibi Apna Ghar: An upcoming project of Abdul Samad Group to establish an old-age home for old men and women to support them in their old age by providing fully furnished accommodation and family environment.

And other miscellaneous, Lot of other small levels projects are running for needy people like marriage grant, free education, provide regular salaries to families especially widows of demise employees and to provide them permanent source of income to run their families.
